Construction/Project Manager - Urgent Hiring

General Overview

Seeking an experienced Construction Manager who is responsible for overseeing a Prestigious Oil and Gas project in Batam, Indonesia. He will lead the project until completion, knowledgeable about regulations and project management methodology. Able to work well with others, highly organized and detail-oriented. Other critical responsibilities as follows:

• Planning construction project
• Creating construction schedule
• Budget monitoring and balancing
• Tracking activities in a project from beginning to end
• Working with various sub-contractors, vendors and managing supplies

Responsibilities

• Head a team of project staffs
• Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and consultant to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
• Understand and ensure Site Safety requirements are met while executing works on site by Sub-contractors
• Ensure the effectiveness and implementation and successful completion of projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality
• Manage, update and distribute project scope of work and project documents as relevant
• Establish effective communications between stakeholders of the project especially Company, senior management and personnel within the project organization
• Review, monitor and control project progress and schedule with planning, monitoring and control team
• Hold regular progress status review meetings with Company and Seaquest project personnel
• Conduct close out meeting and issue close out report with lessons learned
• Submit technical specifications in collaboration with engineering department for Company approval.
• Coordinate with Company regarding progress of work, attend project review meeting, follow-up and resolve clarifications
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Execute the project as planned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Willing to stay in Batam, Indonesia for the duration of the project.
• Experience in working with Offshore Platforms or any prestigious oil and gas projects minimum of 7 years
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills such as time management, project budgeting, resource management and project scheduling.
• Remuneration Package will be based on qualifications and experience
