Your key responsibilities will include:

The Role

Asa Management Consultant, you will work with leading Banking and Insurance clients on strategic transformation, process optimization, technology modernization, and large-scale business change initiatives. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams delivering projects across business strategy, operating model design, process reengineering, enterprise architecture, PMO, and business analysis.

·      Support business and technology transformation programs for Banking and Insurance clients.

·      Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes, customer journeys, and operating models to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

·      Support Enterprise Architecture (EA), IT Strategy, digital transformation, and technology modernization initiatives.

·      Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs.

·      Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, process assessments, and requirements gathering sessions.

·      Provide Project Management Office (PMO) support including project planning, governance, stakeholder management, executivereporting, risk and issue management, and steering committee coordination.

·      Leverage data analytics and business intelligence techniques to derive insights, support decision-making, identify improvement opportunities, and measure business outcomes.

·      Develop presentations, executive reports, business cases, dashboards, and transformation roadmaps for senior management.

·      Support implementation, testing, change management, and business readiness activities.

·      Contribute to proposal development, market research, thought leadership, and business development initiatives.

·      Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to deliver measurable business and operational outcomes.

·       Support with project risk and issue management. As a project team member proactively identifying gaps, issues, and work around solutions
