We are looking for a digitally strong and client-focused professional to join our team as a Consultant - Digital Specialist. You bring a balance of hands-on paid social expertise and the ability to manage campaigns, clients and delivery across multiple workstreams in an agency environment.
You are a trusted digital specialist who combines technical expertise with practical consulting.You translate campaign objectives into effective digital strategies, provide informed recommendations and help clients optimize performance while supporting broader integrated communications programmes.
You have solid experience in paid social, particularly across platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta, and understand how to translate campaign objectives into effective execution and optimisation approaches.
You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to take ownership of projects while working within a collaborative, fast-paced, integrated environment.
What You Do
As a Consultant -Digital Specialist, you manage digital campaigns with a high degree of independence, combining specialist digital expertise with practical consulting to deliver strong outcomes for clients.
● You advise clients on paid social strategy, campaign performance and optimisation opportunities, providing clear recommendations that support broader business objectives.
● You contribute to campaign planning by developing media plans, campaign frameworks, audience targeting approaches and budget recommendations.
● You build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and achieve agreed performance objectives.
● You act as a key point of contact for digital workstreams, confidently presenting campaign updates, performance reports and optimisation recommendations.
● You analyse campaign performance,identify trends and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
● You collaborate with PR, content and strategy teams to ensure digital activity aligns with broader integrated communications programmes.
● You support new business opportunities by contributing digital expertise to proposals, pitch materials and campaign recommendations.
● You share digital knowledge and best practices with colleagues, helping strengthen capability and consistency across the wider team.
What You Offer
● You bring 3–5 years of experience delivering paid social and digital campaigns within an agency or consulting environment.
● You bring specialist expertise in paid social, particularly LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager, with the ability to advise clients while managing campaign execution independently.
● You are confident in working with clients, presenting performance results, and providing recommendations in a client-facing role.
● You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
● You have experience managing multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously, with strong organisational and project management skills.
● Experience working across integrated campaigns alongside PR, content and communication teams.
● Experience working with B2B,technology, or corporate clients is preferred.
● Familiarity with analytics tools(e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), tracking, or marketing automation platforms are advantageous.
● You are proactive, dependable, and able to operate independently while collaborating effectively with broader teams.
● You use AI tools such as ChatGPT,Claude or Perplexity to improve efficiency, research and campaign delivery.
● You are familiar with Slack and Google Workspace Suite
