Job Description - Consultant – Executive Search

Job Summary

As a Consultant – Executive Search, you will manage end-to-end executive search assignments, acting as a strategic advisor to clients while sourcing, assessing, and placing senior-level professionals to build lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain client relationships by understanding their business needs and talent requirements to deliver tailored executive search solutions
  • Provide clients with actionable market insights and strategic advice to support leadership hiring decisions
  • Manage full-cycle executive search processes, including briefing, candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement of senior professionals
  • Conduct comprehensive research and market mapping to identify and engage potential candidates aligned with client needs
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural alignment and leadership capabilities to ensure optimal fit
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to revenue growth and expand client base
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and pitches for executive search services to prospective clients
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and talent movements to inform clients and enhance search strategies
  • Share relevant market intelligence with clients to enable informed talent acquisition decisions

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proven experience managing executive search or senior-level recruitment assignments
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills applied in client and candidate interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple search assignments simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
