Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.
• Develop customized sales plans and treatment recommendations based on client consultations.
• Deliver clear and concise presentations on hair care products and services.
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and product offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Required equivalent experience with minimum 2 years experience in the beauty and hair industry in sales and/or consulting.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual is an added advantage.
