Our client is recruiting for a Contact Centre Solutions to join their business in Singapore.

Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Centre Solutions Specialist with a solid understanding of CCaas, CPaaS platforms, CCT implementation processes, and IVR configuration. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling voice and chat bots and translating client requirements into actionable solutions.   

Responsibilities : 

• Implement and configure CCaaS solutions with a focus on CCT processes.

• Perform IVR changes and customisations.

• Design and support conversational AI systems, including voice and chat bots.

• Collaborate closely with clients, gathering and delivering tailored solutions.

• Communicate effectively with US - Based customers, ensuring high satisfaction.

Other requirements:

• Proven expertise in CCaaS and CCT implementation.

• Strong technical skills in IVR, Voice and chatbot systems.

• Exceptional communication and client service abilities. 

• Prior experience working with global teams and customers preferred.
