Our Real Estate Insights & Advisory team under Consulting is looking for a Consulting Analyst/ Senior Analyst to join our high-performing team based in Singapore.

What You’ll Do

• Undertaking real estate market analysis in development consultancy and due diligence studies
• Implementing and executing a range of consultancy projects and activities including financial viability and other feasibility studies
• To collaborate with other teams to drive outcomes and to ensure timely delivery of outputs for clients.
• To assist in business development initiatives and to support the pitching process where assigned
• Assisting and implementing best practices so that the quality of the assignment’s output for CBRE Consulting may be constantly upheld across the various relevant departments
• Serving the needs of existing clients and nurturing client relationships including providing effective solutions and follow-up after the completion of projects

What You’ll Need

• For Analyst - An undergraduate degree in real estate, and interests in sustainability, will be an advantage.
• For Senior Analyst - candidates with at least 2-3 years of consulting experience within real estate and valuation
• You will have excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• The right candidate will also be analytical, detail-orientated, a team player with excellent communication skills and good in multi-tasking.
• Demonstrates familiarity with AI-driven tools and data analytics to support insights and decision-making (advantageous).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; basic Chinese language capability is advantageous
