Consulting Manager, Data Transformation Lead (Financial Services)

My client is a leading consulting firm in Asia and they are seeking an experienced Data Transformation Lead who partners with executives to drive enterprise change, strengthen governance, optimise operations, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in driving strategic initiatives and business priorities.

• Manage transformation programs, governance, reporting, risks, and delivery outcomes.

• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.

• Improve operating models, governance structures, and business processes to enhance organisational effectiveness.

• Oversee resource planning, portfolio performance, and execution tracking.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support business growth and transformation.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Management, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.

• 10+ years' experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, PMO, or program management.

• Proven ability to work with senior executives and lead complex transformation initiatives.

• Strong expertise in governance, operating models, performance management, and organisational change.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in data, digital, risk, compliance, or regulatory transformation is advantageous.

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, Jira, or Azure DevOps is a plus.

• Consulting and regional/APAC transformation experience preferred.
