Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Customer Service Officer on day to day duties on opening and closing of job cards, collection of payment and ensuring balance of cash/NETs/Visa collection at the end of the day.
- Handle customers’ telephone booking for service appointment, customers’ enquiries and/or refer customers to Customer Service Officer or Service Executive when required.
- Perform office administration duties such as filing, sorting of documents, photocopying and recording.
- Perform simple book-keeping/accounting duties such as generate tax invoices, balance of daily accounts and tally of petty cash.
- Attend to walk-in customers and their enquiries.
- Ensure high standards and excellence in customer service.
- Manage on-line booking of service appointments.
Pre-requisites:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): customer service, customer oriented, call center
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Working Hour:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm
