Our Client, a leading and well-known Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Contact Center Associate.

Benefits Summary:

Salary up $3000 (Based on experiences and qualification)
Locations: North
5.5 days Office Hours [5.25 Days (Monday to Friday) (Staggered hours between 8am – 6.30pm), alternate Saturdays (half day)]

Job Descriptions:

Handle web-chat queries and inbound calls
Respond to customers' emails
Investigate complaints by clients and provide solutions timely
Provide regular reports on case resolutions to internal stakeholders and external clients

Requirement

A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
Passionate to work in Healthcare industry
