Our Client, a leading and well-known Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Contact Center Associate.

 

Benefits Summary:

  • Salary up $3000 (Based on experiences and qualification)
  • Locations: North
  • 5.5 days Office Hours [5.25 Days (Monday to Friday) (Staggered hours between 8am – 6.30pm), alternate Saturdays (half day)]

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle web-chat queries and inbound calls
  • Respond to customers' emails
  • Investigate complaints by clients and provide solutions timely
  • Provide regular reports on case resolutions to internal stakeholders and external clients

Requirement

  • A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Passionate to work in Healthcare industry
