Job Description - Contact Centre Manager (Up to $5.5k/ 9 Months Contract/ Immediate)




Support Government Project
Location: Kaki Bukit 










Job Descriptions




  • Manage daily operations of Contact Centre effectively

  • Ensure all standards and procedures are followed and maintained and Conduct periodic reviews to existing procedures and develop strategies for improvement

  • Review KPIs and present reports results to stakeholders regularly to ensure SLA are met

  • Generate daily reports for internal reviews and other documentations as required

  • Oversee reporting team to review and draw data insights on internal and external Contact Centre performance reports and other adhoc duties as required













Requirements




  • Minimum Diploma holder with 4 years of related experience in call centre environment covering customer service/business services outsourcing

  • Experience in managing large scale project (around 50-100 headcounts)

  • MUST be well versed with a few industry call centres’ telephony platforms, including understanding/handling of generic CRM Tools

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English 

  • Good leadership and people management skills and drive team to achieve targeted SLA.
