Job Description - Contact Centre Manager (Up to $5.5k/ 9 Months Contract/ Immediate)

Job Descriptions

Manage daily operations of Contact Centre effectively

Ensure all standards and procedures are followed and maintained and Conduct periodic reviews to existing procedures and develop strategies for improvement

Review KPIs and present reports results to stakeholders regularly to ensure SLA are met

Generate daily reports for internal reviews and other documentations as required

Oversee reporting team to review and draw data insights on internal and external Contact Centre performance reports and other adhoc duties as required

Requirements

Minimum Diploma holder with 4 years of related experience in call centre environment covering customer service/business services outsourcing

Experience in managing large scale project (around 50-100 headcounts)

MUST be well versed with a few industry call centresâ telephony platforms, including understanding/handling of generic CRM Tools

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Good leadership and people management skills and drive team to achieve targeted SLA.
