Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to understand project requirements and develop content aligned with brand objectives and project goals.
2. Utilize visual storytelling techniques to capture and edit compelling images and video footage.
3. Generate engaging, informative, and entertaining content ideas driving brand awareness and audience growth, demonstrating expertise in best practices on YouTube and TikTok.
4. Source and manage media assets (video and static) and create simple motion graphics (lower thirds, 2D animations) to enhance video content.
5. Operate and maintain production equipment ensuring the highest quality content creation.
6. Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective content strategies.
7. Efficiently coordinate projects from start to finish, liaising across departments and managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
8. Stay updated on content trends, digital media innovations, and storytelling techniques to continually elevate content quality and effectiveness.

Other Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, digital storytelling, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using Non-Linear Editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve), Photoshop, and other content creation tools.
• Strong foundation and understanding of camera operation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of content creation skills across various media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire through digital content.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in digital media, content marketing, and social media platforms.
