Administrative

1. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including putting up and circulating the agenda, booking of meeting space.
2. Assist with note taking and following up on action items to ensure completion according to agreed timeline. 
3. Maintain and update all documentation in shared drive as and when necessary. 
4. Support the team by sourcing, vetting and coordinating with vendors and suppliers or as directed by the Senior/Manager o
5. Coordinate with Research Team, to help ensure deliverables are completed within timeline.

Events Management & Support

1. Assist with organizing webinars / seminars, workshops and conferences.  This includes but is not limited to
   1. Designing and distributing EDMs and invitations
   2. coordinating with speakers / guests
   3. managing event registration and tracking attendance  
   4. collecting and compiling of event feedback
   5. following-up with attendees for any various requests
2. Providing secretariat support by 
   1. Answering and replying to delegate emails
   2. Assisting and following through with delegates on their queries
