Contract: 6 - 12 months contract
Salary: up to $3400 + completion bonus

Responsibilities
- Process beneficiary nominations.
- Escalate to Compliance/AML on high-risk policyholders.
- Prepare letters.
- To check the beneficiary nomination updates performed by the team members and update the error tracking file.
- To make photocopies of the processed assignment documents for sending to assignees, assignors, servicing Reps and for archival purpose
- To prepare and send processed documents for archival.
- To attach CRS self-certification forms with vesting letters for mail out.
- To collate and send the team’s correspondences to Customer Mail Services Department for dispatch.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Unit/Section Heads.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements
- Meticulous, systematic, neat and organized.
- Ability to handle data entry job, process requests timely and accurately.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Keen to learn and possess positive work attitude.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
