Job Description - Contract Clinic Assistant / Receptionist (Islandwide, Office Hour) - #HHW#Urgent

Job Responsibilites

 

  • Chair side assistance if required
  • Ensure that patient enquiries are attended to and manage registration
  • Manage appointment scheduling
  • Handle billing and financial counseling
  • Assist in the retrieval of records and return patient records
  • Arrange for follow-ups with patients or doctors when necessary
  • Other ad hoc duties

 

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
  • Able to commit for at least 6 months for contract roles
  • Renewable / convertible based on individual's performance
  • Can commence work immediately / within short notice
