Contract Executive, Employee Benefits

Income Insurance is looking for a Claims Executive (9-Month Contract) to support the TPA Claims team in the assessment and administration of medical claims and Letters of Guarantee (LOG) requests. The role is responsible for reviewing and approving inpatient and outpatient medical claims, including escalated LOG cases from Third Party Administrators (TPAs), as well as screening payment files and ensuring approved claims are accurately processed and uploaded into the system. 

The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate claim assessments and payments in accordance with policy provisions, operational guidelines, and service standards.

The successful candidate will manage enquiries and escalations from TPAs and internal stakeholders, providing prompt and professional responses. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Insurance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience in employee benefits or medical claims, a good understanding of employee benefits and medical insurance policies, strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, will be advantageous.
