Act as a generalist to oversee all of the HR and adhoc operational tasks Bachelor\u0027s degree and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on HR role as a generalist or handling HR operation in a MNC matrixed organization Demonstrated interest and/or experience in supporting and executing employee events and engagement activities. Strong operational aptitude with a willingness to manage both strategic support tasks and tactical HR matters. Keen attention to detail, high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
