Duties & Responsibilities 1. Contract Performance & Compliance • Track and monitor Certis's MHA contract performance against contractual Key Performance Matrices (KPMs) and service-level obligations.
• Prepare and present regular performance and compliance reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identify performance gaps, risks, and areas for improvement; work with operational teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all contractual commitments are fulfilled in accordance with company policies, regulatory standards, and client requirements.
2. Contract Administration & Governance • Maintain an up-to-date repository of all contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
• Conduct periodic reviews of contracts to ensure relevance, compliance, and operational alignment.
• Develop and standardize templates, tools, and procedures for effective contract management.
3. Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters between the company, MHA, and other external stakeholders.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams (operations, finance, HR, legal) to ensure mutual understanding of contractual obligations.
• Attend monthly meetings with MHA representatives and other key stakeholders to review performance, discuss challenges, and plan improvements.
• Facilitate resolution of contractual disputes, issues, or ambiguities in a timely and professional manner.
4. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement • Identify potential contractual and operational risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support audit exercises and ensure readiness for client or internal reviews.
• Propose and implement process improvements to strengthen contract governance and operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in contract management, vendor management, or client account management (preferably within government or facilities/security services sectors).
• Strong understanding of contractual frameworks, performance management, and compliance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with contract management systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Integrity and professionalism in managing sensitive contract matters.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
• Strong team player with the ability to influence across functions.
