Your Responsibilities

Contracts & Compliance

• Manage bookings, renewals, invoicing, and CRM data accuracy

• Ensure timely processing to avoid service delays

• Maintain legal agreements and enforce contract policies

Client & Stakeholder Support

• Handle inquiries, cancellations, refunds, and complaints

• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve service

Office & IT Operations

• Coordinate vendors, IT equipment, onboarding, inventory, and general office needs

• Support HR, accounting, and VP with reporting and documentation

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience managing contracts such as vendor agreements, customer service-related contracts etc., and data maintenance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an excellent eye for detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Results-driven mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and collaboratively within a team

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
