Job Description:

Primarily responsible for Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables namely processing and posting of invoices as well as payments/receipts
Maintain and update the AP & AR
Ensure reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers to GL
Assist in prepayment/accrual etc postings into GL
Responsible for cashflow projections to ensure sufficient working capital is maintained
Preparation of weekly AR aging, cashflow reports and other monthly/adhoc reports
Other ad hoc duties assigned
