Contract Procurement System Manager (E-System) at Kallang Sector, Up to $6500

Responsibilities:

• Gathering information and data to identify business requirements and processes with stakeholders.
• Creation and maintenance of requirements documents and requirements management.
• Identification of improvement opportunities and support in redesigning the process to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including the project team, to ensure requirements are fully and accurately understood.
• Manage all testing activities required for system functionalities.
• Coordinates and administers project schedule/meeting/personnel including logistics such as resource booking.
• Plans and administers training plan/schedule for users.
• Plan, organise and carry out change management activities to ensure smooth transition for any new systems, functions or processes.
• Routine administration functions
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Period:

• 1 Year Contract

Location:

• Kallang Sector

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $6500 + 1 month completion bonus

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of the implementation of IT systems.
• Experience in implementing e-procurement solutions will be advantageous.
• Degree in procurement / project management or IT degree in system administration.
• Ability to work with multiple priorities, and engage resources within the organization, or outside, to achieve objectives
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and able to manage and influence change
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
