Job Description - Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist II
Help develop and execute to recruitment strategies Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting requisitions Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes tosupport a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Pre-screens resumes and partner Hiring Manager in interviews anddocuments candidate evaluation and interview process Negotiates and/or supports Hiring Manager in developing new hirecompensation package/offers Conduct employment background checks Provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources Develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs Assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison withimmigration attorneys Work on TA related projects when assigned Take on ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Immediate Supervisor Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
