Control Tower Executive (Up to 5K | Freight Forwarding MNC)

Additional Information: 

• Working location in the East area 
• 5 day (9am to 6pm)
• Basic (up to 5K) + AWS + Bonus 
• New headcount

Responsibilities: 

• Support internal operation teams and sales team to ensure all service qualities are up to customer’s expectations. 
• Monitors daily activities, tracks key performance indicators, and identify potential issues which may lead to service failure. 
• Provide daily shipment status.
• Provide shipment booking status for global shipments.
• Work closely with freight team on capacity availability for the key lanes.
• Coordinate to expediate all the ocean freight shipment, with inbound customs for cargo clearance and delivery to customer’s site.

Requirements: 

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
• At least 3 years of freight forwarding or logistics experience. 
• Experienced with ocean freight, control tower and/or account management preferred. 
• Good communication skill. 
• Excellent customer service skill. 
• Able to identify problems and perform data analysis.
