Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management : Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.
   
2. Strategic Implementation ：Implement and drive the company's strategic plans and objectives, aligning them with operational goals.
   
3. Resource Management : Manage company resources, including personnel, finances, and assets, to maximize productivity and profitability.
   
4. Performance Optimization : Develop and implement performance metrics to measure and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
   
5. Leadership and Team Development : Lead, mentor, and develop the management team and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
   
6. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
