Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following:

• Assist to manage all kitchen operations and processes according to the standard operating procedure.


• Plan and manage all the food preparation in the kitchen for patients meal and catering events.


• Assist in menu preparation and conduct quality checks.


• Ensure proper: 1) Equipment operations and maintenance, 2) Safety and sanitation in kitchen, 3) Ensure proper control of food costs, supplies and labour.

Requirements:

• Recognised Culinary Certificate will be an advantage.


• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity in Food & Beverage.


• Good team player, ability to work as a team.


• Good interpersonal skills.
