Job Description - Coordinator

Assist in coordinating daily site activities for interior design and renovation projects, ensuring works are carried out according to design intent, project schedule and quality standards.
Support supervision and coordination of subcontractors, site workers and suppliers for demolition, partitioning, M&E, carpentry, joinery and finishing works.
Liaise with Project Director, Designers, Project Managers and QS team to ensure smooth communication between design intent, site execution and cost control.
Assist in planning and monitoring site progress, including manpower deployment, material deliveries and installation sequencing for interior works.
Conduct regular site checks and attend coordination meetings to track progress, quality of workmanship and resolve site discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily site reports, progress updates, defect lists, photos, material records and site instructions.
Ensure all works comply with site safety requirements, building regulations, condo/authority guidelines and company standards.
Highlight and follow up on site issues such as design discrepancies, variation works, delays and material/site constraints.
Coordinate closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of interior materials and fittings.
Assist in tracking project milestones from demolition, core works and carpentry to final handover and defects rectification.
Provide both on-site coordination and administrative support to ensure efficient project execution from design stage to completion and handover.
