Coordinator (4 months contract/Testing Service/Mechanical)

Our client is a service provider which providing testing, inspecting, calibration and training services to aerospace, automotive, chemical and manufacturing industry. Currently, they are looking for a Coordinator to join their team. 

Job Details:

• 4 months contract (renewable/convertible to permanent staff) 
• Salary Range: $3000-$3500 (Depends on experience) 
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am-5.45pm) 
• Working Location: Boon Lay (West) 
• AWS and VB 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Schedule and plan Inspection and testing activities with customers, Authorized Examiner (AE) and 3rd party logistics with sufficient manpower allocation
• Coordinate with test center to ensure customers equipment being tested and inspected on time.
• Prepare safety documents for site activities and attend site briefing and safety induction course when required.
• Update test equipment database, prepare test certificates and test reports
• Follow up with AEs on test certificates
• Provide support to indoor sales and tender enquiries on costing and test requirement
• Responsible for equipment return to customers and test certificates send to customers.
• Maintain and build good relationship with customers and AE
