Role Overview:

The Core Developer will be integral to building and optimizing the core order management system, focusing on designing reliable, low-latency trading components, and facilitating seamless connectivity to external trading venues. The role involves managing system performance and ensuring efficient trade execution in high-transaction environments, contributing to the company's global trading infrastructure.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred or exceptional fresh graduates with strong academic achievements

• Prior experience with Chinese exchange APIs (for candidates with up to 5 years of experience)

• Strong expertise in modern C++ programming

• Experience with Java development

• Extensive experience working in a Linux environment

• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP, UDP, data transmission)

• Strong knowledge of computer performance analysis

• Experience building high-transaction, low-latency systems

• Exposure to distributed and/or highly concurrent systems (advantages)

• Interest in trading and financial markets (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Candidates from non-banking and non-finance backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize internal messaging systems

• Manage connectivity to external trading venues

• Ensure ultra-low-latency trade execution

• Design and develop components of a high-performance trading system

• Build and maintain core order management protocols

• Optimize internal message processing for speed and reliability

• Develop connectivity solutions to external exchanges and trading platforms

• Contribute to system performance tuning and scalability efforts

Requirements:

• Valid right to work in the designated location

• On-site working environment

• 2–3 years' relevant experience or exceptional recent graduates

• Proficiency in Mandarin and technical skills outlined above
