Corporate Accounting Manager

An investment management platform is looking for an experienced finance professional to lead finance operations and support the implementation of a new ERP system across multiple group entities. This role combines hands-on financial management with finance transformation and systems work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee core finance operations including AP, AR, GL, consolidation and financial reporting
2. Review month-end reporting from overseas entities and supervise payment processes
3. Manage audits, statutory reporting, and corporate / indirect tax filings
4. Ensure regulatory and compliance reporting for licensed entities
5. Support group treasury activities including cashflow management and intercompany funding
6. Partner with internal stakeholders on finance policies, billing matters and operational queries
7. Lead ERP implementation including vendor evaluation, workflow design, UAT and post go-live support
8. Manage data migration, reporting dashboards and finance system improvements
9. Support business expansion initiatives, including new entity setups and licensing requirements

Requirements

1. Qualified accountant with approximately at least 10 years of experience
2. Background in financial services, investment management or related industries preferred
3. Strong knowledge of finance operations, consolidation accounting and financial controls
4. Experience leading ERP or finance system implementations
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with finance systems is advantageous
