Our client is one of the largest financial services companies in the world, and they are currently looking for a Corporate Action Associate to join their team.

Your new role

• Authorise, validation, repair and execution of inbound - outbound instructions (from customers/to depositories/agent)
• Contact depository, issuer, delivery/paying agents for reconciliation purposes or event clarifications
• Instruct and reconcile cash and/or securities discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support complex customer queries and take charge of investigations
• Escalate and report issues to Management
• Support any other tasks related to Corporate Actions

What you'll need to succeed

• Possess 1-3 years of experience in the banking industry.
• Knowledge of bank operations, able to read SWIFTs, familiar with equities/bonds
• Meticulous and ability to multitask
