Corporate Banking Relationship Manager (General Corporates)

Your new company

My client, an Asian Bank, is currently searching for a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager (General Corporates) expansion headcount to join their Singapore office.

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of local Singaporean corporates, GLCs/TLCs, and subsidiary clients of Chinese enterprises. The role focuses on deepening client relationships, originating new business, cross-selling, and managing credit risk to achieve portfolio growth targets.

What you'll need to succeed
Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact, providing tailored financial solutions (loans, trade finance, cash management, and treasury).

Credit & Risk Management:
Conduct financial analysis, structure lending transactions, and prepare credit proposals for approval. Responsible for post-lending monitoring, KYC, and compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

What you'll get in return

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Finance, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of corporate banking experience, with a solid track record in relationship management and credit underwriting
• Proven network among local Singaporean corporates or GLCs is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to liaise with clients and head office
• Strong knowledge of corporate products, including structured trade finance and cash management
• Results-oriented, proactive, and a team player
