Your new role This is a
FULL HUNTER role. The Relationship Manager will be given a portfolio of clients to manage after a period of time of showing good performance and consistency.
Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact, providing tailored financial solutions (loans, trade finance, cash management, and treasury).
Credit & Risk Management:
Conduct financial analysis, structure lending transactions, and prepare credit proposals for approval. Responsible for post-lending monitoring, KYC, and compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Finance, or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of corporate banking experience , with a solid track record in relationship management and credit underwriting
- Proven network among local Singaporean corporates is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Traditional Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to liaise with Chinese clients and head office
- Strong knowledge of corporate products, including structured trade finance and cash management
- Results-oriented, proactive, and a team player
