Role: Corporate Banking Relationship Manager (Mid - Large Corps)

Role Scope & Requirements

• Min 10+ years of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience (mid to large corporates), with expertise in bilateral and syndicated lending, trade finance, LBOs, M&A/structured finance, or project finance.
• Preferred sector experience: Real Estate, Agri/Food, Financial Sponsors (Funds), Shipping/Logistics, Infrastructure, and Data Centers.
• Geographic coverage experience in Singapore, ASEAN, India, and Australia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and sanctions requirements and processes.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships, delivering portfolio growth and profitability.
• End-to-end responsibility for credit management, including deal evaluation, structuring, documentation, facility activation, and ongoing monitoring.
• Skilled at enhancing client value through cross-selling the Bank’s regional products and services.
