Corporate Compliance Officer

A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Corporate Compliance Specialist position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s corporate compliance framework, ensuring adherence to global regulations and internal governance standards.
• Conduct due diligence on business partners, vendors, and transactions to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Deliver internal compliance training programs to staff, raising awareness of regulatory obligations, ethical conduct, and company policies.
• Monitor regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions and advise management on compliance implications.
• Draft, review, and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and evolving legal requirements.
• Support investigations, audits, and reporting requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate and audit‑ready.
• Act as the point of contact for compliance inquiries across departments, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3 years of professional experience incorporate compliance, governance, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, due diligence processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in developing and delivering compliance training programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage across global teams.
• Strong analytical skills, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
