Corporate Development Manager M&A Execution

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end execution of acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, divestments and other corporate transactions across multiple business units.
2. Evaluate investment opportunities from a shareholder value and strategic fit perspective in partnership with business stakeholders.
3. Perform financial modelling, valuation, commercial due diligence and transaction structuring to support investment decisions.
4. Drive transaction execution by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, tax and business teams.
5. Manage the full transaction lifecycle from opportunity assessment through signing and completion, before transitioning to the respective business and funding teams.
6. Prepare investment papers and provide recommendations to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements

1. Degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline.
2. Min 10 -15 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development or Transaction Advisory.
3. Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end M&A and strategic transaction execution.
4. Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
5. Excellent stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
6. Regional transaction exposure will be an advantage
