Job Description - Corporate Financing (DCM Specialist)

Responsibilities

Support funding activities across the group, including bond issuances, capital structure work and liability management.
Develop and propose key terms for debt instruments, with hands-on involvement in execution.
Work with banks, advisors, and rating agencies on a variety of corporate financing initiatives.
Contribute to projects involving structured financing, securitization, investments and M&A.
Provide analytical support and insights for senior decision‑makers.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of DCM experience
Exposure to US issuances or experience supporting US‑listed clients is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to recommend deal terms, structures, and market strategy directly to clients or committees.
