Overview

Join a dynamic banking team to drive growth across large local and regional corporates. This role focuses on originating bilateral lending opportunities while delivering a full suite of corporate banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development:
2. Drive new client acquisition and grow an existing portfolio within large corporates (SGX-listed, regional corporates, and MNCs with Singapore presence)
3. Relationship Management:
4. Build and manage strong relationships with key decision makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Heads) to deepen wallet share
5. Credit & Structuring:
6. Structure bilateral credit facilities, prepare credit proposals, and manage end-to-end credit processes with risk teams
7. Product Advisory:
8. Deliver integrated banking solutions across corporate lending, trade finance, treasury, and cash management
9. Portfolio Management:
10. Monitor credit quality and ensure a well-balanced, profitable portfolio

Requirements

1. Degree in Finance, Business or related discipline
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate banking / wholesale lending
3. Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth within large corporates
4. Strong credit analysis and credit writing skills
5. Solid knowledge of bilateral loans, credit structuring, trade finance and treasury products
6. Established network with corporate clients and key finance stakeholders
7. Self-driven, commercially focused, and able to work independently
