Corporate Support Officer, Analytical Toxicology Laboratory

[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

(a) Receive urine and hair specimens from the submitting agents
(b) Register urine, hair & drug cases in the laboratory information management system (LIMS)
(c) Administer the dispatch of returned hair & drug exhibits.
(d) File, archive and retrieval of physical case records
(e) Perform general clerical duties (e.g., photocopying) and simple laboratory duties (e.g. clearing of glasswares)
(f) To assist customers at the counters with their queries

Technical/Knowledge Requirements

• Proficient in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• Familiarity with archival and filing systems for case records
• Proficient in using MS Word and Excel.
• Relevant Soft Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy when dealing with client
