Corporate Tax Accountant - Collaborative Environment

• Experience from Big 4 & commercial - purely handling tax matters and commercial tax experiences
• Salary up to $6,500 with AWS + Bonus
• Working location at Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Group Tax Manager and actively collaborate with accounting and tax team members throughout the organization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements by preparing required tax returns and computations.
• Handle tax queries, audits, disputes, and resolutions with relevant tax authorities for both Singapore and overseas locations.
• Review and prepare quarterly GST filings and address ad-hoc GST inquiries.
• Coordinate or prepare the Group's transfer pricing documentation to comply with applicable tax regulations.
• Monitor taxes, withholding tax, and effectively manage tax audits.
• Assist in periodic tax reporting and preparing tax provisions.
• Provide support for tax-related activities in M&A and strategic projects, including due diligence and post-transaction integration.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualifications.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant tax experience, preferably gained from public accounting firms and/or commercial entities, with a focus on taxation.
• Proficiency in local tax laws.
