Corporate Treasury Sales (FX Focus)

Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow a portfolio of FI and NBFI clients (e.g. Asset Managers, Family Offices, Financial Institutions)
2. Drive FX sales (Spot, Forwards, NDF) and identify cross-selling opportunities in treasury products
3. Work closely with Relationship Managers, Trading, and TMU teams to originate and execute deals
4. Provide clients with market updates, trade ideas, and relevant product insights
5. Deliver revenue targets through consistent FX flow generation
6. Ensure smooth execution of transactions and high service standards
7. Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies

Requirements

1. 10–15 years of Treasury Sales experience, with strong exposure to FI and NBFI clients
2. Proven track record in FX sales and client relationship management
3. Strong product knowledge in FX (Spot, Forwards, NDF); familiarity with rates/structured products is a plus
4. Sales-driven, with ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions
5. Good stakeholder management and communication skills
6. Relevant MAS licenses (FMRP, M1A/M1B, M5, M6) preferred or willingness to obtain
