Job Description: 

This role ensures high-quality financial recording and control for local statutory compliance, prepares statutory financial statements, manages monthly management reports, and contributes to global finance system and process improvements.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions on Infor M3.
• Handle full range of costing matters for the Singapore manufacturing plant.
• Review cost variances and collaborate with the production department to resolve issues.
• Report and analyze operational variances including production order variances and manufacturing variances.
• Perform month-end and year-end financial processes on Infor M3.
• Conduct balance sheet control accounts reconciliation and post complex nominal journals.
• Review and file GST returns accurately and timely.
• Assist with statistical reporting, surveys, import duty, and GST matters.
• Provide financial analysis and advice during budget and forecast periods.
• Ensure successful completion of year-end audits for both Singapore and Malaysia branches.
• Liaise with tax agents for tax computations and filing of Form C.
• Collaborate on projects to identify and implement business process and operational improvements.

Requirements: 

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/CMA with strong accounting technical skills.
• 3-5 years of relevant costing experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Infor M3, is advantageous.
