Job Description

ThoughtFull is hiring a full-time (contract) Counsellor / Clinical Psychologist role in Singapore to provide high-quality mental health support through a combination of digital coaching, video therapy, and onsite counselling services. In this role, you will work directly with employees from our enterprise clients, helping them navigate personal, emotional, and workplace challenges while building resilience and improving overall wellbeing. This is an opportunity to be part of an innovative hybrid care model that combines clinical excellence with technology to make mental healthcare more accessible and impactful. 

• This role will span a contractual period of one (1) year.  

• Working hours: 10AM - 6PM, 5 days a week (may include Saturday) 

• Locations (for onsite support): Various locations in Singapore

What you will do

People – Empower employees to thrive both personally and professionally 

• Conduct chat and video therapy through the ThoughtFull platform  

• Provide full-day onsite mental health support and in-person therapy on a rotating schedule across Singapore 

• Deliver and represent ThoughtFull at roadshows, client wellbeing events, mental health awareness initiatives, and external webinars 

• Support employees through a range of emotional, psychological, and workplace-related concerns  

• Help individuals develop practical coping strategies and long-term wellbeing skills  

Performance – Deliver accessible, high-quality mental healthcare wherever employees need it 

• Build strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust, engagement, and positive outcomes 

• Maintain high clinical and professional standards in all client interactions  

• Complete clinical documentation and records accurately and in a timely manner  

• Support continuity of care and appropriate escalation when required  

 Process – Contribute to a scalable and consistent model of mental healthcare delivery 

• Follow established clinical and operational workflows  

• Participate in case discussions, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives  

• Contribute feedback that improves clinical processes, service delivery, and user experiences  

 Community – Strengthen ThoughtFull's clinical community and culture 

• Attend monthly Townhalls, workshops, and clinical supervision sessions  

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and cross-functional teams  

• Contribute to a culture of learning, support, and continuous improvement

About you

• Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology  

• Licensed and registered with a professional body (i.e. Singapore Association for Counselling, Singapore Psychological Society)  

• Minimum 3 years of experience  

• Native/Proficient in English; bilingual in Mandarin/Hokkien/Cantonese/Malay preferred
