As a Counter | Department Manager, your role will encompass analyzing business insights, upholding retail excellence standards, resolving performance concerns, identifying high-potential individuals, and supervising daily store operations and retail associates.

The Job:

• Experience in retail management, particularly in a store or counter setting, with the ability to confidently sell specialized products and embrace demonstration-based sales methods.
• Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring all team members maintain product-centric customer service, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets within budget.
• Analyzing store sales against budgets and team performance on KPIs is essential, alongside supporting marketing efforts with store-specific campaigns.

The Talent:

• An open mindset combined with a curiosity to understand others, listen without bias and respond to various viewpoints.

• Dedication to cultivating a work environment that is both inclusive and psychologically secure.

• Prior involvement in retail, ideally in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity within a store, with a preference for a minimum of three years of experience. This should include familiarity with products demanding specialized expertise and sales techniques centered around demonstrations, ideally within the beauty sector.
• Exceptional prowess in communication and adeptness in managing people.
• Comprehensive understanding of skincare.
• Proficiency in using computer applications, particularly MS Office.
• Demonstrated aptitude for solving problems.
• An authentic commitment to the retail sector and the ability to function autonomously.
