Country Head Singapore (Social Enterprise,Capacity building)

At ConnectedGroup, we are supporting a Social Enterprise dedicated to empowerment and capacity building in Singapore, in the search for their Country Head.

Reporting into the CEO and leading a team of dedicated and talented individuals, the Country Head will be responsible for leading the design and execution of the organizational vision and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute long and short-term strategies that lead to the attainment of goals, and a positive operational and financial performance.
• Enhance the organizational value proposition and develop new capabilities, promoting innovation and growth.
• Oversee the successful delivery of consulting projects, ensuring quality standards and deliverables.
• Lead, coach, mentor and grow a group of professional individuals, providing them with the necessarily tools and opportunities, and holding them accountable to their individual plans and commitments.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders (Government, Social Enterprises, Foundations, Charities, etc.), carry out business development activities, and manage relationships effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 18+ years of professional experience in Consulting - Strategy, Finance, Human Resources, or CSR - "Candidates with NGO Consulting experience are encouraged to apply".
• Excellent in building connections and relationships, strategic with sound decision making ability using financial figures.
• Successful track record of business development, and leading people towards the achievement of goals.
• Passionate about organization development and capacity building
• Comfortable with public speaking at conferences, panels, and other events.
• Must have prior work experience in/with the social sector in Singapore.
• Must have a valid visa / working permit in Singapore.
