Job Summary

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and shape the visual and strategic direction of our brand. In this role, you will oversee the concept, design, and execution of all visual assets, marketing campaigns, and brand experiences.

The ideal candidate is a master storyteller who balances high-level creative vision with strong business acumen. You will mentor a talented team of designers, copywriters, and video producers, ensuring all output is high-quality, cohesive, and drives meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Vision & Strategy: Define, evolve, and maintain the overarching visual identity and voice across all platforms and touchpoints.

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and manage an internal team of designers, copywriters, content creators, and external agencies/freelancers.

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end creative process—from brainstorming and conceptualizing to final production—for multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, video, and experiential).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate business goals into compelling creative strategies.

  • Quality Control: Maintain an incredibly high bar for creative excellence, ensuring all assets are polished, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Trend & Tech Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to keep our brand fresh and relevant.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a creative role (design, copywriting, or art direction), with at least 3+ years in a dedicated leadership or managerial position.

  • Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing successful multi-channel campaigns, brand building, and creative direction.

  • Skills:

    • Expert knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and digital/video production workflows.

    • Proficiency with creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

  • Mindset: A collaborative, empathetic leader who takes feedback well, handles fast deadlines gracefully, and loves problem-solving.
