Creative Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities

· Work closely with the clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and relevant authorities

· Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), colour palettes and lighting

· Develop design concepts and space planning with detailed specifics for senior management.

· Generate finish plans, specifications and material selections needed for construction

· Presentation of materials and drawings

· To formulate space planning, interior design conceptualisation and concept development

· To generate 3D computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings

· To prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection

· To prepare presentation such as design intent, colour scheme and material board

· To communicate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and project managers on all project matters

Requirements

Must have knowledge to:

Salary offered will be based on candidate’s experience and qualification.
