Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of credit analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• To implement and manage the loan application and credit review process efficiently.
• Perform detailed credit and rating review with analysis for potential and existing loan portfolios by evaluating financial statements, credit proposals and other relevant information.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and economic developments to assess potential risks to our credit portfolio.
• Monitor credit portfolio performance on regular basis and proactively identify early warning signs of credit deterioration.

Requirements

• Tertiary education
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in a supervisory capacity within the Banking and Finance industry
• Possess strong understanding and knowledge of credit analysis and review as well as control principals and processes.
• An analytical thinker with good written and verbal communication skills
• Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills.
