Credit Risk Manager (SME Loan)

• Responsible to handle SME Loan

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Identifying potential risks associated with extending credit by reviewing payment history, financial stability, industry trends, and economic conditions.
• Developing and implementing credit risk policies and procedures to ensure effective risk management across the organization.
• Utilizing credit scoring models to make informed lending decisions.
• Monitoring and managing the credit portfolio to identify emerging risks and assess performance.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as Basel III.
• Communicating credit risk assessments and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Making credit decisions, setting credit limits, and negotiating credit agreements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in credit risk analysis, underwriting, or portfolio management.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial data and risk factors.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and credit risk metrics.
• Familiarity with credit risk management concepts and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication skills for presenting recommendations and collaborating with teams.
• Attention to detail for accurate credit assessments and compliance.
• Strong decision-making skills to align lending decisions with the organization's risk appetite.
• Proficiency in relevant credit analysis and risk modeling software.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct in decision-making.
