· Identify opportunities and work with stakeholders to provide timely and quality data for analysis and enhancements

i. Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred
ii. Good understanding and completion of projects using waterfall/Agile methodology
iii. Analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills
iv. Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2016 or D365.
v. Have been involved in the delivery of at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation projects.
vi. 5+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
vii. Ablity to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365
viii. Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies.
ix. SSIS/SSRS
x. Possess relevant system development / maintenance experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/SharePoint related technologies
xi. Strong programming skills using the Microsoft CRM SDK, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript
xii. Working experience with job scheduler, MS SQL database access and batch integration protocols.
xiii. Experienced in developing .NET web services & web API applications.
xiv Understanding and Configuration of MSCRM Security Roles.
