CRM & Digital Senior Executive

The Job: 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development of CRM strategies and programs, to create and manage the total customer experience of all brands in Japanese Chain Restaurants (Genki Sushi, Yakiniku Like, and more) and to ensure an aligned approach amongst different units to maximize the business return from the customer base.

• Develop data-driven understanding of customer mindsets and behaviour to maximize brand and business return. 
• Manage member lifecycle communications (acquisition, activation, engagement, re-activation etc.) across all member segments. 
• Define metrics, measure performance, monitor KPIs, analyze and derive insights of different segments.
• Develop and implement end-to-end CRM marketing campaigns to engage and drive visits of target customers and deliver impactful ROI. 
• Coordinate with internal departments and third parties on the development and deployment of CRM program. 

He/She will also lead in the digital marketing by managing digital agencies to drive efficiency and cost optimised paid digital marketing across the for the various brands 

• Ensure all digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO and social media are optimised.
• Familiar with advertising on platforms such as google, facebook, tiktok, and etc.
• Constantly analyze performance and provide recommendations timely to achieve improvements to ROI.

The Person:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with proven record of success in loyalty/ membership program management and digital marketing. Assistant Manager position may also be considered for shortlisted candidates with more experience.
• Result-oriented with strong business acumen and numeric sense
• Familiar with the execution of eDM, push notifications, in-app message and SMS
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest working in the dynamic team and passionate about Japanese Culture
• High proficient in MS office particularly Excel & Powerpoint
